‘Exploring Spirituality’ - Day Retreat
Understanding spirituality in our own lives can be a lifelong process. Often we are unsure what it means to us and if it matters. But like physical and mental health, the soul or essence of who we are requires nurture and deserves to get our attention.
As part of the 'Exploring Spirituality' project, I will be running a number of events in 2020. The first of these will be a number of intimate retreat days. These days are for people who wish to enquire with themselves what spirituality looks like in their life, to connect more deeply to the soul of who they are and to set intentions for their spiritual wellbeing.
Drawing on my own research in positive psychology, transpersonal psychology such as humanistic teachings and, of course, using meditation and ancient spiritual wisdom, this will be a day of connection and reflection.
As with all the 'Exploring Spirituality' projects, the ethos of the day will be non-directive and focused on empowering you to find your own answers. You will have the space to connect deeply and explore what spirituality means in your life and what steps you want to take to priortise that part of you.
Tea and Coffee and snacks will be provided. Parking is available outside and as it is Sunday some streets are free. Lunch will be 1 hour and there are a variety of places to eat on Baggot Street.
